This "client first" philosophy has always been our approach and it requires us to continually improve our skills and ways of doing business.  In addition, we’ve found that the latest technologies are enabling us to do everything we’ve always done, only much more quickly and efficiently.  They've also helped us to extend the range of services we provide to our clients.

About Eric Pagan, Lic. Real Estate Broker

Eric Pagan has been a licensed real estate professional for over twenty years.  But his love of and interest in New York City goes well beyond his expertise as one of the city’s (and surrounding counties) most seasoned agents.  Eric was born and raised in Manhattan’s Lower East Side.  For nearly four decades, he’s been witness to the enormous change, gentrification and development that has made New York City one of the most recognized cities in the world — for its diversity, rich culture and safe, beautiful neighborhoods. 

Eric graduated from SUNY College with a B.S. Degree in Criminal Justice and the Police Management Institute at Columbia University’s School of Business.  His early interest in real estate sprung from his curiosity about the city’s historical and architectural icons, the beautiful homes that decorate the neighborhoods and the people that choose to live within its parameters.

Beginning his real estate career at one of the country’s most recognized firms and owning his own real estate company, gives Eric a distinct advantage when it comes to advising his clients.  His unique perspective and expert knowledge of the individual neighborhoods that make up Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, Long Island, and now Rockland, enable him to find clients their perfect home — one that suits their specific needs and personality.  That keen perspective has enabled him to recognize the best return on investment for his clients; Eric recognizes a "diamond in the rough."
